Unruly Bloom Supper Club LLC Charter
ARTICLE 1. NAME
1.1.
The name of this organization is Unruly Bloom Supper Club LLC (“Unruly Bloom”). Unruly Bloom is a private membership club and is not open to the public.
1.2.
Unruly Bloom exists to create community, evoke creativity, and connect through a shared sensory experience of seasonal abundance and nutritious food. Unruly Bloom focuses on creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment where everyone feels nourished and celebrated.
ARTICLE 2. MEMBERSHIP, FEES, AND DUES
2.1.
A portion of the purchase price of a member’s initial Unruly Bloom event ticket shall constitute the fee required to become a member of Unruly Bloom Supper Club LLC. Membership fees may be adjusted at the discretion of the Unruly Bloom leadership team.
2.2.
Members in good standing are entitled to participate in club events and receive any benefits or privileges offered by the club.
2.3.
There are currently no recurring dues required to maintain membership in Unruly Bloom unless otherwise determined by the club in the future.
ARTICLE 3. EXPECTATIONS OF BEHAVIOR
3.1.
Members of Unruly Bloom are expected to contribute to a respectful, open-minded, and welcoming atmosphere. The club seeks to create an inclusive environment regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, political beliefs, age, or physical ability.
3.2.
Members are encouraged to share ideas and feedback that may improve the club experience; however, all operational decisions and changes remain at the sole discretion of the Unruly Bloom leadership team.
3.3.
Unruly Bloom is a private membership club and is not open to the general public.
3.4.
New members must obtain membership and purchase tickets in advance of attending a club event. Same-day membership and attendance are not permitted unless expressly approved by the club.
3.5.
Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward hosts, staff, fellow members, venues, and neighboring communities during all club gatherings and related activities. Unruly Bloom is not liable for any injuries or damage that may occur due to
ARTICLE 4. DISCIPLINE
4.1.
Any member engaging in discriminatory, abusive, threatening, hateful, or otherwise harmful conduct or language may be removed from the club immediately and permanently at the sole discretion of the Unruly Bloom leadership team.
4.2.
Any member found reselling tickets for profit or engaging in fraudulent activity related to club events may have their membership revoked immediately.
4.3.
The club reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at its discretion in order to preserve the safety, integrity, and mission of the community.
ARTICLE 5. BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP
5.1.
Members may receive invitations to exclusive members-only gatherings, dinners, collaborations, workshops, or special events hosted by Unruly Bloom.
5.2.
Members may receive advance access to ticket sales for future dinners and events.
5.3.
Members may receive early or exclusive access to culinary experiences, classes, tastings, creative workshops, or collaborative community events offered through Unruly Bloom.
5.4.
Additional membership benefits may be added, modified, or removed at the discretion of Unruly Bloom Supper Club LLC.
ARTICLE 6. MEETINGS AND EVENTS
6.1.
Attendance at all Unruly Bloom events and gatherings is voluntary.
6.2.
Any member in good standing may attend club events provided tickets or reservations are secured in advance and event-specific requirements are met.
6.3.
Members may invite friends, family, or guests to apply for membership or attend eligible events in accordance with club policies.
ARTICLE 7. GOVERNANCE
7.1.
Unruly Bloom Supper Club LLC shall be operated by its ownership and leadership team, who retain authority over all business operations, membership determinations, event planning, policies, and club administration.
7.2.
This charter may be amended, modified, or updated at any time by Unruly Bloom Supper Club LLC leadership.
LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE
By attending any event, gathering, dinner, class, workshop, or activity hosted by Unruly Bloom Supper Club LLC (“Unruly Bloom”), all members and guests acknowledge and agree that participation is voluntary and undertaken at their own risk.
Members and guests assume full responsibility for any risk of personal injury, illness, death, loss, theft, or damage to personal property that may occur during or related to participation in any Unruly Bloom event, whether occurring on-site, off-site, at a private residence, rented venue, outdoor location, or third-party establishment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, members and guests release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Unruly Bloom Supper Club LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, hosts, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to:
personal injury,
property damage,
accidents,
food-related illness or allergic reactions,
acts of other attendees or third parties, or
any other incident occurring before, during, or after participation in club activities,
except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Unruly Bloom Supper Club LLC.
Members are responsible for the conduct of any guests they invite to club events and may be held financially responsible for any property damage or harm caused by their guests.
